Norfolk & Norwich Hospital, 2007- Trimmed the N&N Hospital site back to the Pepper Pots leaving the site to be rebuilt as new apartments.
Jarrolds, 2007- Taking down old Jarrolds printers buildings to allow building of new office blocks for DEFA. The site was levelled and cleaned with slabs left ready for car park. The whole job was completed 5½ weeks ahead of schedule.

Anglia TV, 2007- Stripping out walls/floors/staircase to make room for new apartments.
Hi-tech House, 2007- Contractor: Premier Homes New development: Residential houses and flats Starting: October 2006
Notre Dame School, 2006- The government agreed that these listed buildings could be removed. Fincham removed the old kitchen and dining areas. All salvaged bricks, roof trusses and hopper heads guttering were given back to the client as requested. Fincham also took on the muck shift job post demolition as an extra for the client.
Pearl House Insurance, 2006- Scaffolded the front and the building was mono-flexed for safety. Removed all walls and windows from the front and back of the building. The lift shaft and stair cases were removed from each floor as well as the pipe work being removed from each ceiling.
University of East Anglia, 2005–06- Removed the asbestos and stripped out, dismantled and demolished four storey concrete block living accommodation which was only 7 ft away from the new building.
Kettle Chips Factory, Norwich, 2004/5- Removed the industrial kitchen section. Removed internal 'fire damaged' section without causing any damage to the other surrounding buildings.
Norwich City Football Ground, 2003- The football ground was demolished to make way for the new stadium, was completed three weeks ahead of time and within budget.
B & Q Site, 1995- An electricity site was taken down and removed to slab level.
Parkside Swimming Pool, 1995- Asbestos removal was carried out and then the old pool was demolished and a pumping station and border house were removed. Footings and concrete foundations were removed including the whole of the swimming pool.
Thorpe Hospital, 1992- Listed buildings needed to be soft stripped so they could be redeveloped as flats and apartments. This 3-4 month job also involved demolition of a number of surrounding buildings.
Rochford Hospital, 1990- This maternity hospital in Essex, 1000 foot long by 100 ft wide and six stories high, was a concrete frame with in-filled yellow bricks. It was successfully stripped out, knocked down and cleared away.
The Mill, Luttenworth, 1990- A 110ft high steel building in cased 85ft high grain silos. The steel building was dismantled and removed and the silos demolished.
Templemere Barracks, Kent, 1990- A two storey concrete framed building was dismantled and demolished before a boiler and a fuel tank could be removed.
